Yes. Antofem is fully insured and bonded. Certificate of insurance available on request.

Booking

Use our online booking form, call us, or send an email. We confirm within 24 hours.

Same-day and urgent bookings are subject to crew availability. Mark the "urgent" flag on your request.

Pricing

Pricing depends on size, condition, service type and frequency. See our Pricing page for tier ranges.

No deposit for standard cleans. Larger Platinum / post-construction jobs may require a 25% deposit.

Products

Eco-friendly, pet- and kid-safe products. We can also use customer-supplied products on request.

Yes, all supplies and equipment are provided unless otherwise arranged.

Access

Lockbox, keypad, in-person, or key-hand-off options are available. We note your preference on file.

Please give at least 24 hours notice. Less than 24h may incur a partial fee.

Safety

Yes. All Antofem staff undergo background checks and in-house training before assignment.
